Cultural festival!

Last week we had a nice festival, we had sports event on saturday, the OIC participants were divided in 6 teams, 6 colours, green, yellow, orange, blue, purple and the strong team, Red team, our team, but bad news, we got the 4th place, but it's okay, it's just a friendly game, together with Okinawan people. And on Sunday, we had cultural performances from OIC participant. Started with the fashion show, then dancing performances at the end. We really enjoy it, especially the Japanese people, coz the first time for them to watch different dances and costumes from all over the world. That's all for today.

Also my friend Ma san and his class left this morning, they were here for only five weeks I think. Good for them, they came here after us, and now they were leaving early, iidesu ne. See you guys in the next life! Bye bye bye.

Say Goodbye!!

Yesterday, some of my friends from the security class left, too bad they miss the festival on this coming weekend. But anyways, they were happy, they went back to their country and meet with their families and friends. Yussuf from Kenya left this afternoon, only him from his class left, (the environmental class) but all his classmates are leaving tommorrow. So tonight, we are having a farewell party for others leaving tommorrow, after rehearsal. Very lucky people, they will be leaving tommorrow. Sayonara everyone!! we'll keep in touch.

OIC vs Ryuku University!!

Last sunday here in the OIC field, our football team played against the team from the Ryuku university. Our boys were wearing their uniform, a yellow one from Front B, I think it is an old one. But before the game, Kap was injured, with his left hand, but he's okay now, abunai boy. Also Carlos was injured too, his left foot, but I think he's fine now, maybe. Hey, bad news, we lost,

5-4, no worries, it was a great game, our team should practice everyday, not just drinking orion, ha ha, just kidding, its just a friendly game. Maybe next time, I'll play, then we will win, ha ha!!!!!

observation tour!!

Ready for Tokyo. We left OIC on Sunday morning, no more typhoon, hooray!!. We arrive there at 11.30 I think. We stayed in Toko Hotel for three days, then the last two days in OSIC (Osaka International Center). When we arrive there, then we went to the Electronic Store, LAOX, the price was good, others bought their laptops, and I bought an ipod and a souvenior. On Monday, we went to NIME, National Insitute of Multimedia Education and the National Museum emerging science and innovation. Then tuesday, we went to NHK and the Open University of Japan, and then after tour, then we went to the Disneyland, I really enjoy the lights parade and everything. Wednesday, we went to the Kyoto International Culture Foundation and the last day, we went to the National Museum of Ethnology, Osaka. In Tokyo, very very busy, all the train were full coz of many many people, not only public officials but also the students. And in Tokyo is not that cold, but in Osaka, very very cold. OSIC has 9 floor in their building, they also have bigger rooms than OIC, but I think, OIC is better than OSIC. In the Dining Hall, no free soup, no free rice, no free salad. OIC is the best centre in Japan, yeah its true.

Ride, Ride, Ride!!

Observation tour in Okinawa. We went to the RBC/TAO, Media Station. In this place, we found the big camera there, placed on the top of the building, you can see all the buildings and cars and everything in the city. We didn't get the live broadcast of the news, but we watched the place and tv presenters. We also watched the one professional editor, I forgot his name, but he was very good, he slept there in his small room, to try and finished his work, and work overtime, because his work is very difficult, sakana sakana sakana!! thats all for today.

Presentation for production exercise 2

Well, on Monday 22nd of October, presentation for production exercise 2. All the intstructors and the chinese class were here in our classroom to watch our production, all the three groups were good, okay, very very okay. And it was finished at 5.30.pm in the evening, and we were very tired, coz of the last group production, too long and bored, ha ha, just kidding, all the production are great, that means, all MTEC participants are professionals, except me. So we'll still waiting for the result of the second production. Hope our group will get a good result, maybe.
